It was a shame they weren't working at the airport. That probably would've reduced the line significantly so the one worker could be more efficient in helping people check bags.

Apparently Frontier's system went down. I understand that is out of their control. The gates next to us seemed to be getting updates about every 30 minutes. So, that is me arriving at the airport at am Sunday morning and getting into Atlanta at am Monday morning So, I had to take it.

I contacted customer support, who belittled me for missing my flight. I was told that the plane had departed at and that I should have been at the airport an hour before the departure to ensure I was on the plane. During this entire time I was staring at the plane right outside the window. There system had lost track of the plan.

After being transferred to a supervisor he spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out where the plane was before he listened to me telling him t was right in front of my eyes. Overall not great and I may have to go elsewhere for plane trips in the future. But that's up to Frontier. Pros: "nothing to like on a 14 hour mismanaged delay We did get our luggage refunded.
