Everyone was confused and worried we wouldn't make our flight. Eventually ONE person came out to assist customers, but the line moved very slow. The self-check kiosks were all broken as well.
Finally two more Frontier representatives came to help and at that point the line moved quickly. The self-serve kiosks are a great perk with Frontier. It was a shame they weren't working at the airport. That probably would've reduced the line significantly so the one worker could be more efficient in helping people check bags.

I then told him my plight and the events I had already been through. He found a route that would take me at am from San Diego to Denver then have a 2 hour layover, then fly to San Antonio, then finally get to Atlanta at am.
So, that is me arriving at the airport at am Sunday morning and getting into Atlanta at am Monday morning So, I had to take it.

I contacted customer support, who belittled me for missing my flight. During this entire time I was staring at the plane right outside the window. There system had lost track of the plan.

I observed one lady on her way to the lavatory that was told to return to her seat, as drink "service" had just begun, and the attendant refused to back up the cart three seat rows to let the lady pass. Other than initial boarding, smiles were few from the attendants. They certainly didn't look happy to be working for Frontier! The cabin was kept extremely warm! I'd imagine the cabin discomfort added to the attendant's displeasure. When were supposed to dock with the terminal, there was inadequate ground crew to marshal us to the gate.

Because of a 6 hour delay in vegas we missed our flight out of denver and was told we would be placed on a flight at pm but when we got to denver we had to wait till pm to leave. We both missed work. We received a room voucher in denver and when we got to the room had to give them a credit card then were told we had to check out at 11 am that same day and it was 6am when we checked in. Still had to spend over 12 hours in airport.

I noticed when checking in and was prompted to change it. I called customer service and they luckily updated it for me. I've seen other airlines charge for seats, but they're typically upgrades and you can choose another available seat for free. Not Frontier.
If you don't want to pay the site tells you it will choose a seat for you. I don't know what the point of checking in 24 hours in advance is juat to be put in the last group no matter what.
